The purpose of these general terms and conditions of Vista Perfecta Wine & Gourmet and everything related to them is to provide the necessary information to make your purchase in our online shop as pleasant as possible and in accordance with the current regulations governing this area.

Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with Vista Perfecta d.o.o., Bobovišće 5, 21225 Drvenik Veli, Croatia. Represented by Hannes Ertl, contact: office@vista-perfecta.wine.

Offer and conclusion of contract:
Our offers in the online shop represent a non-binding invitation to order. By sending the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.

Prices
The prices stated in this online shop are retail prices and include VAT, plus delivery costs. Prices are quoted in euros. Vista Perfecta Wine & Gourmet (hereinafter also referred to as the seller) reserves the right to change prices at any time up to the time of payment for the goods ordered. Typographical errors and mistakes excepted.

Vista Perfecta Wine & Gourmet is not obliged to deliver products at a product price that is so low that the customer knows or should have known that it is an error and not the actual price of the product.

Payment
We only accept credit card payments. We accept the following cards and wallets: Vista, Master Card, American Express and Apple Pay.

Product information
The images of the item are symbolic, and there may be a difference between the appearance of the product in the webshop and the actual, current appearance of the product. The year indicated on the product image may differ from the year currently available.

The information given on the product pages about the characteristics of the goods should not and cannot be regarded as a product declaration. It is often the personal opinion and/or experience of outsiders, whether from Vista Perfecta Wine & Gourmet or third parties such as the manufacturer, wine critics, etc. The declarations have been used as an external source for the purpose of explaining the product, primarily to support Vista Perfecta Wine & Gourmet in its basis of trading in wine and delicacies.

Delivery and dispatch
We deliver on the island of Drvenik Veli in the Republic of Croatia to the address specified by the customer during the order/purchase process in the form provided as the place of delivery or collection.

As selected by the customer online, we deliver on the desired day and at the desired time.

We deliver to the selected address or to the selected pick-up point (e.g. Uvala Mala Luka, Solinska Beach, etc.). WE DO NOT DELIVER TO THE BOAT. Delivery to the boat on request at: office@vista-perfecta.wine

We deliver free of charge for orders over 70 €. Up to 70 € we charge a delivery fee of 15 €.

If it is not possible to collect the order at the time selected in the shopping basket, we offer the option of collecting the order directly from our head office or delivering it a second time for a delivery fee of 15 € (see FAQ on our website).

Shipping is possible on request. Enquiries at: office@vista-perfecta.wine.

Due to special regulations for alcoholic beverages, we cannot ship wines outside the European Union (e.g. USA, Russia, United Kingdom) and to the following European countries: Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine).

Age restrictions in connection with alcohol and alcoholic beverages
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. Every customer is obliged to present a document proving that they are of legal age at the request of the delivery person. When visiting the online shop, the customer confirms that he/she is of legal age.

Right of cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. Further information on the right of cancellation can be found in the Cancellation policy on our website.

Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper handling or storage on the part of the customer.

Complaints/complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to complain. A complaint is considered valid if it fulfils the conditions for a complaint under the law of obligations and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller at the agreed address within the agreed period. The seller is obliged to replace the product or refund the entire amount paid to the customer within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint.

Please check the goods on delivery, as we cannot accept complaints at a later date. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Data protection
We use the data transmitted by the customer to process the order. Further information on data protection can be found in our Data protection.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the Republic of Croatia applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contract is the registered office of our company in Split/Croatia; the official language is Croatian.

Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions shall apply from the time of their publication on our website. For contracts already concluded, the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall remain applicable.
