I ordered online, what now?

After you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In this email you will find all the details of your order as well as an order number and the delivery or collection location you have selected and the delivery time.

Can I only order via the Internet?

For logistical and organisational reasons, it is unfortunately only possible to order via the Internet. We ask for your understanding.

What do I do if I have ordered something by mistake?

If you have ordered something by mistake, you should act quickly, contact customer service within an hour at office@vista-perfecta.wine, politely explaining your mistake and asking for the order to be cancelled or changed.

How does it work with the delivery or pick-up location?

Once you have placed your order, we will deliver it to the address you have specified or to the pick-up location you have selected on the island of Drvenik Veli at the time you have chosen. If you have selected a pick-up location, we will come to the bay with your order and meet you on the beach or at the pier. Our pick-up locations are: Drvenik Veli Ferry Port, Drvenik Veli Pier, Solinska Beach and Uvala Mala Luka.

Look out for a person with a red T-shirt.

What do I do if I am late for my delivery/collection point?

If it is not possible for you to pick up your order at the time you selected in the checkout, we offer you the option of picking up your order directly from our head office or having it delivered a second time for a delivery fee of 15 €. Please contact us at office@vista-perfecta.wine if this should occur.

What happens if a product is damaged?

We always endeavour to offer you high-quality and fresh goods. Should you nevertheless discover a defect, please contact us immediately (max. 2 days) at office@vista-perfecta.wine. Unfortunately, any complaints at a later date can no longer be accepted. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

How does a wine tasting with you work?

If you are interested in different wines from Dalmatia, you can book a wine tasting (4 or 6 bottles of wine) in our store. Our wine expert will come to your chosen location with selected wines. He will explain to you in detail everything about Dalmatian wine and the wines presented.

If the wine tasting takes place on a boat at anchor, you will need to bring our wine expert on board with you.

If you don't have any glasses with you, we offer you the option of renting glasses for a small fee. Our wine glass service can be booked in our store.

The wine tasting is offered in German and English.
