It is important that the goods are returned undamaged and unopened. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Upon receipt and inspection of the undamaged and unopened returned goods, Vista Perfecta Wine & Gourmet will refund the full purchase price (including delivery charge, if applicable). For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Our perishable goods, such as ham and cheese, are excluded from the right of return.
We always endeavour to offer you high-quality and fresh goods. Should you nevertheless discover a defect, we ask you to contact office@vista-perfecta.wine immediately (max. 2 days), any complaints at a later date can unfortunately no longer be accepted. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email to office@vista-perfecta.wine).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
