This wine is made from the red wine grape Plavac Mali. The grapes are pressed briefly and gently at a low temperature so that the skins do not colour the must. The result is a white Plavac Mali. Blanc de Noir is one of the most original new Dalmatian white wines. Despite its completely pale, transparent, greenish colour, it contains elements of blueberry aroma and the long, fruity flavour typical of Pelješac wines. At the same time, it is sensationally fresh.
Goes very well with strong meats such as steak, venison, tuna and salmon.
