A wine that tells a story due to its origin and is characterised by a crystalline light yellow colour. The Grk does not contain much acidity, which makes it very digestible. The fact that this wine does not grow anywhere else in the world makes it a particularly valuable variety. It is rich in primary citrus-herbal flavours, followed by rich aromas of dried fruit and dried flowers, with characteristic varietal bitterness on the finish.
Goes well with boiled white fish, Croatian Gregada fish soup, mature, less intense cheeses, roast veal and grilled calamari or as an aperitif before a meal.
