This rosé is a fresh, light summer wine made from the autochthonous "Plavac Mali" grape variety. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of September in the early hours of the morning. Maceration lasts one hour. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Goes well with risotto and light lunch dishes.
